I´m mexican and fuckers like that are the ones who are in charge of protecting us. This assholes are not only killing dogs, but kidnapping people and killing just for fun. Those fucking assholes can be found with the number shown on the car. I´m mexican and I work on a local radio station that belongs to the biggest media company in Mexico.
