In Australia at least, the police have to tell you what you are being arrested for. The cops seemed to be scared of the camera.

At first the police thought that this guy was a “nutter” then they realized that he knew the police officers were claiming a right of authority over him when that had no right of authority over him at that point in time.

If a police officer (or any civil servant)claims a right of authority over you and they are mistaken in there claim it is fraud.
