That’s actually Tuva style singing, and they are Mongolian, not Eskimo.  All humans have a 2nd set of vocal chords that are much higher in pitch, but most never learn how to use them.  Tuva singing teaches people how to use both sets simultaneously and in tune.

yep, Mongolian they are, and that’s some khoomei Tuva-style.

but Irimi dude, there’s not another set of vocal cords!
the high pitched notes are just harmonics from the lower note, and you make them come out by special positions of the throat, mouth and tongue. it’s actually easier than it seems to get it started (but these guys really control it).
the lower pitches the guy on the left makes are obtained by halfing the frequency at which your vocal cords vibrate (another special technique - similar to what tibetan monks do too).
